Happy New Eve!

What a great day to end off the year. After my late morning nap, we ment David and Sandra for coffee. It was really nice to see them. After coffee we went for a walk window shopping. Then we all ment at the MEC to shop. I got to walk all around the store, it was so much fun. Unfortunately there was no rock climbing gear on sale. Soon we went home to have dinner and go out to Tracey and Peter's place for a party. I wore a nice party dress. David, Sandra, Odie and Dave were there. I lasted until 9:30pm after spending the time chasing Tracey's cat all over the place. But I woke up, just as everyone was saying Happy New Year. Unfortunately just after that the icestorm hit and we had a long drive home, but we made it safely! What a wonderful day. I can't wait to see what the next year has in store.....

Visiting and Playing

Today we went to visit Aunt Alison, Cousins Katie, Olivia and Grace for lunch and our xmas with them. It was fun. I got to walk all around a new place and chase their 2 dogs. Though I don't think Dolly really likes me. Katie tried to teach me to play the piano. Then it was home for some much needed relaxation. I got to walk all around the house, play with my new toys and watch Dora.

Heading home.

Well it's just after dinner and I am hanging out while Mommy and Daddy finish packing the car. We are heading home tonight. I'll get to watch a movie in the car, but I think Mommy and Daddy hope I sleep all the way. Today I just hung out with the family. Went to lunch to say goodbye to Grandma Wen and Grandpa Dan and then went out to dinner with the Kemps. Indian food, it was real good, when it's not supper hot! I got to spend a bit more time with Uncle Peter and Aunt Nita today, which was cool. They are so fun to play with!

More family fun.

Today we all went to do come family photos for Grandma and Grandpa. It was a lot of fun. Rhys, Octavia and I were really good. Afterwards we all got Timmies/Wendy's and went to Aunt Nita's house. Then Josh's Aunt Ro and Uncle John showed up from Ottawa. It was fun to play with my cousins again, they went home after dinner.

More fun with my Cousins!

Cousin Rhys and Octavia stayed over last night. So I got to play with them all day today. Everyone was around and it was again crazy and a lot of food. I went to the park with Rhys, Uncle Peter, Daddy and Grandpa, but fell asleep on the way home. Mommy, Auntie Nita and Emma went out to do some shopping so I got to just hang out. Poor Grandma though, she hasn't been feeling well and has a bad sore throat. So I am trying to let her rest. Unfortunately I am not sleeping well at night, so Mommy is making me nap a lot. No fun when I want to play!

Merry Christmas everyone! What a wonderful day and a complete blur. I was up at 6am with Mommy, Daddy, Grandma Wen and Grandpa Dan. We dove right into our stocking and presents. My favourite thing was to rip the bows off the presents. I got a lot of things. Not a lot of toys, but some great bath toys, cloths and some F&F stuff. Oh and I love my new S for Sydney towels.
After gifts it was breakfast and some playtime. But soon Mommy and Daddy had to pack up cause it was off to Grandma and Grandpa D's house. It was hard to say goodbye, but I had a great time.

When we got to Grandma Diane's house, everyone was waiting for us. Cousin Octavia and Cousin Rhys looked so cute for Xmas day. I looked very cute in my new dress if I do say so myself. We opened more gifts and ate a lot of food. Some friends of the family came over and there was more gifts and more food. As Uncle Peter says, it was a Crazy Kemp Xmas. I walked a whole lot and chased Rhys around and played Hide and seek. Octavia was pretty cool for 4 months old and I made her laugh. But soon we were all tired and us kids went to bed. What a great day!

Relaxing!

Today was a nice relaxing day. Grandpa and Daddy got to watch football all day, while Mommy and I got to nap all afternoon. Grandma made a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner, Cornish hens, one of Mommy's favourites. It was very good! I also got to open 1 present, my new xmas p.j's! Oh and I looked very cute in my dress.

Wasn't quite right.

Today I wasn't quite myself. I was tired and walking around like a drunken sailer. But that still didn't stop me. Again a few of Grandma and Grandpa's friends came over and brought me a nice gift. I got me first F&F! My first Fritz and Floyd, a really nice Christmas ornament. Grandma collects F&F's. Then we went out for dinner, Chinese! Daddy was in heaven, he loves Chinese. I enjoyed the veggies and Mommy's chocolate shake. Unfortunately I fell asleep in the car and when we got to the village with all the lights. I was asleep in my stroller for most of it. But I did get to see the ducks, even in the dark.

Today was a good day. I spent the whole day walking around. There was no stopping me! Grandma's place is so cool. There is so much to see and touch. But I am being really good and not touching the things I shouldn't. We went to the mall to pick up a few things and I got to walk all around there too. I was so tired in the end that I fell asleep in Mommy arms at the mall. Then tonight some of Grandma and Grandpa's friends came over and brought Santa with them. He was so cool for about 10 minutes. But he gave me a really nice present, The 12 Days of Dogs Book with a stuffed doggie!

I'm Here!

After a long car ride and a few stops for a rest to walk, I have finally arrived. Grandma's house is all decorated for Christmas and it looks so beautiful! I am enjoying myself already and I am walking around everywhere. I even got to try Grandma's gingerbread cookies. Yum! I'll report more on my holidays later......

Sydney is coming!

The sleeps are over and my Christmas adventure will begin today! Poor Mommy, I don't think she slept much last night. I think a combination of not being able to turn her brain off cause she was going over everything and being excited. Oh well, she can sleep later. Here I come Grandma!

Cosmic Fun!

With Mommy and Daddy! Daddy came with us for the first time today. I had some much fun! Daddy and I were so tired afterwards that we had a 2 hour nap while Mom went out and got a few things done. Then tonight I got to do some more walking at the Climbing gym and see everyone before the holidays. I was so pooped I didn't even make it home. I think Mommy is hoping I sleep well tonight.

Moving Up!

Today was my last class of level 2 at Gymboree. Wed. I move up to level 3. I am leaving some good friends behind, but they will soon be joining me in Jan. I can't wait to play with Ruby, Jack and Matthew (who moved up 2 weeks ago) again. I don't know what the next class will be like, but if it means I get to walk more, bring it on!



After the class and a nap, Mom, Dad and I went to Toys R Us. It was fun to play around. Mommy bought me a big round blue barrow to put all my balls in. Just like the ones at Gymboree! And I also got a new pink ball. So I had a lot of fun playing with all my balls
when we got home.
