After a busy day of household chores, we decided to get out for a walk in the Gatineau park.

Today was a relaxing day for Mommy and I. We were both very excited that it was Daddy's last day at 2 jobs. Mommy keeps going on about sleeping in again. I may have to do something about that. :) This afternoon Mommy and I went for a walk down to Walmart to get things done. It was a bit windy, but great for all the blowing leaves!

My Blanket Henry!

This afternoon I went over to Cole and Brooke's for a playdate. I thought it was safe to bring my pink blanket, but it wasn't. Henry their wennier dog spent the whole time trying to get it away from me. It was very frustrating watching him drag my friend around the house. But I did have fun with the cousins and Brooke is now standing all on her own without holding on to anything. Soon she'll be walking and we can play chase!

Ordering my parents around.

This morning I woke at 5am. Daddy finally came in to see me at 5:30am. To his surprise I had a lot to say.
First I said "hello"
Daddy said "Hello back and good morning why am I up?"
I said "get out, down!"
So Daddy took me out of my crib and put me on the floor.
I then said to him "Go now!"
So I ran into Mommy's room to her side of the bed, grabbed her hand and yelled "up!"
Yes, I am very demanding in the morning.

Tuesday update cont.....

In the afternoon on Tuesday I went to the Starr Gymnastics drop it with Hannah B. and Hannah G. It was great! I really had a great time and enjoyed everything including the trampoline. I can't wait to go back every Tuesday!

Recap of Tuesday

On Tuesday morning Mommy took me to Valleyview farm. I haven't been since I broke my leg there in June. I had lots of fun with all the animals and went on the train ride. But we didn't go near the park area. I think Mommy didn't want to relive that day.

Another girl born this year.

Lots of Geese and Ducks

This morning Mommy and I went for a walk around Andrew Haydon Park. It was very nice and relaxing. We watched a lot of geese land on the pond and river. I also managed to find a few yellow flowers to pick, not much left. Then we sat on the rocks for a while, while Mommy enjoyed her coffee.

Solo Climb

My first solo climb up a small slab. No gear, but Daddy was right by my side. I totally on-sighted the climb, meaning I completely the climb the first try, see Daddy I am already getting this climbing lingo!

Squirrel!

Watch what you say!

I think it's time Mommy and Daddy watch what they say around me. I have totally started to repeat what they say. Yesterday Mommy said, "Oh Man!" and 2 seconds later I said, "oh man"! It's become was my favourite saying, next to "oh no." What will I learn next?

Show Off!

In the afternoon, we went to the Parkdale Farmers market. Yummy market apples! After the market we went to the park right next door to the market. Daddy decided to show off his climbing skills. Of course I had to try it too.
